HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 17, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties just finalized language for the proposed settlement
agreement. Complainant will send the document to respondent for review, and will then
send it to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency for signatures.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on April 20, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
