MIDWEST GENERATION'S RESPONSE TO
THE AGENCY'S MOTION
FOR EXPEDITED REVIEW
NOW COMES Participant, MIDWEST GENERATION, LLC, by and through its
attorneys, SCHIFF HARDIN LLP, and, pursuant to 35 Ill.Adm.Code ยง 10I.500(d), responds to
the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency's
("Agency") Motion to Expedite Review, filed
with the Board March 19,2009.
Midwest Generation has been an active participant in this rulemaking, both before the
Board and in the Agency's outreach efforts, and is part
of the community regulated by the
proposed rule.
Midwest Generation supports the Agency's Motion to Expedite Review and urges the
Board to adopt the proposal as
it has been amended over the course of the rulemaking as soon as
possible.
