HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 6, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Petitioner continues to wait for a response from respondent’s
technical unit regarding petitioner’s comments to the proposed permit requirements.
Respondent’s attorney will contact the technical unit, and hopes to get a response before
the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on April 6, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
