HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 29, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The complainant represented that the respondents have not
propounded or responded with any discovery. The complainant represented that it may
file a motion for summary judgment prior to the next status conference. The complainant
also represented that settlement discussions continue.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on April 30, 2009, at 10:30 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
