HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 19, 2009, a telephonic status conference was held. It was
represented that the parties are awaiting the Board’s ruling on the motion to dismiss the
third-party complaint so that the complainant can proceed with the stipulation and
proposal for settlement (stipulation) as to the respondents.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on March 26, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If,
however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be
cancelled without further order.
