HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On February 5, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the hearing officer.

The parties appear optimistic that a resolve has been reached in the above-captioned matter, however, the

complainant requested more time to internally discuss the remediation efforts of the respondent. To that end

respondent’s answer or other pleading is now due on or before May 8, 2009.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on

April 16, 2009, at 11:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is

nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to

discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to

voluntarily dismiss is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further

notice.
