HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 9, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent is now hooked up to municipal water. Complainant is
waiting to hear from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency as to whether
respondent has met the terms of the compliance commitment agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on April 8, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
