HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 5, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Water quality tests for the new hook-up have been delayed due to
winter weather, but should be completed soon for the city to review and approve.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 1:30 p.m. on February 17, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
