HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 14, 2009, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Petitioner agreed to file a 90-day deadline waiver to continue
discussions on this case.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on February 17, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently April 16, 2009.
