HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 6, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency is trying to find funding
for respondent. Currently, there is little funding available, but the parties hope that
USEPA will offer more grants in the coming months.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on July 13, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
