HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 7, 2009, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney reported that she was unable
to reach respondents, and had not yet discussed the case with them.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 8:00 a.m. on February 18, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
