Board to hear prefiled
testimony.
The hearings will
be continued
day-to-day
or until
the end of the
day
on
March 4,
2009.
The two
days will be devoted
to completion
of the testimony
prefiled by
the Metropolitan
Water
Reclamation District
of Greater
Chicago
(District).
If the Board
completes
the testimony
on March
3, 2009, the hearing
on March 4, 2009
will be
cancelled without
further
notice.
On February 16, 2009,
at the recess
of the
hearing,
the
hearings
were
continued
on the
record to March
3 and 4, 2009.
The participants
anticipate
that
the testimony
and
questioning
of the District
will
be completed
in March; therefore,
additional
hearing
dates to hear
testimony
from
industry related
to the CAWS must
be scheduled.
In addition,
there have been several
procedural issues
directed
to the
hearing officer concerning
testimony
which
has
already
been
filed.
To
aide
in the orderly progression
of
the hearings a prehearing
conference
will
be held. The
prehearing
conference
will
address
the
schedule
for hearings
and
testimony.
In
addition, procedural
matters including
new prefihing deadlines
and
supplementing testimony
will
be
discussed. Participants
may
attend
by going in person
to
the Board’s

All filings
in
this proceeding
will be available
on the Board’s

at

and
participants
