the

dryers

the

Protection

Agency

supported

the rule.

The Board

found

that the

proposed

amendment

will reduce

the overall

allowable

emissions from

these

units while

increasing

Abbott’s operational

flexibility,

allowing

Abbott

to make

preferential

use of the more

efficient

fluid bed

dryers.
