HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 21, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties represented that they participated in a settlement meeting
and that the complainant is now reviewing additional documents supplied by the
respondent. It was agreed that the parties will submit a revised discovery schedule on or
before July 19, 2007.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status call with the hearing
officer on August 9, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
