HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 1, 2007, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent did not
appear, however, it contacted the hearing officer subsequent to the conference. The
complainant represented that it has forwarded the final settlement offer to the respondent
and that discovery is proceeding. The complainant represented that the parties may have
to revise the discovery schedule and that will be addressed at the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status call with the hearing
officer on April 19, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
