HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 23, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties represented that they are not overly optimistic that a
settlement will be achieved but continue with discussions. The parties were directed to
submit a revised discovery schedule on or before March 3, 2006.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status call with the hearing
officer on April 13, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
