HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 15, 2008, the complainant submitted an agreed discovery schedule.
The schedule is accepted to the extent as follows. The parties are to serve the remaining
written discovery on or before March 21, 2008. All responses to written discovery to be
served on or before April 28, 2008. All depositions must be completed on or before June
23, 2008.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status call with the hearing
officer on April 3, 2008, at 11:45 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
