HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 11, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The respondent represented that it is awaiting the stipulation of facts document
from the complainant. Depositions of the benefit analysis witnesses to be completed on or
before September 30, 2008. December 10 and 11, 2008 hearing dates were discussed, and will
be confirmed on or before the next telephonic status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status call with the hearing officer on
October 2, 2008, at 11:45 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but
each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the
parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
