HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 29, 2009, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainant will send respondent an
Administrative Citation Warning Notice to advise respondent of the work that still needs
to be done at the site.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 1:30 p.m. on June 10, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
