    Pursuant
    to 35 Ill. Adm.
    Code Sections
    180.203 and
    180.301,
    the
    Illinois EPA
    hereby
    accepts
    Corn
    Products’
    application
    and
    supplement for
    review
    as the
    requested relief
    is short-term,
    Corn
    Products’
    would experience
    arbitrary
    and unreasonable
    hardship
    if required to
    wait
    for
    a
    variance
    pursuant to Section
    35(a) of the
    Illinois Environmental
    Protection
    Act,
    and
    Corn Products
    has
    not been granted
    provisional
    variances exceeding
    90
    days
    within the
    calendar
    year.
