HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 30, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Petitioner will file its open waiver today, and the parties will begin
settlement discussions.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. CDT on June 29, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently June 4, 2009.
