HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 23, 2009, the parties submitted a proposed and revised discovery
schedule. The revised discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows.
Respondent to disclose expert witnesses and their respective reports on or before
February 4, 2009. Deposition of respondents’ experts to be completed on or before
March 6, 2009. All discovery, written and oral, to be completed on or before April 17,
2009. Anticipated hearing dates are June 16, 17, 2009; June 23,24, 2009; or June 25, 26,
2009.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on March 12, 2009, at 11:45 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must
be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
