HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 22, 2008, respondents participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondents have sent complainant some discovery requests,
and are waiting to hear from complainant’s attorney. Discovery in the related circuit
court case continues to move forward.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on February 25, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainants.
