HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 14, 2007, respondents participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainants’ attorney was unable to appear, but had previously advised
respondents’ attorneys that Mrs. Zohfeld plans to proceed with this case. At the next status
conference, the parties will propose a discovery schedule.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on June 18, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainants.
