HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 29, 2008, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. The parties are waiting for the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency to interpret the sampling results before they proceed
with any remediation plan.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on September 23, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
