HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 11, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent hopes to complete sampling by the end of the week, and settlement
discussions will resume based on the results.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:30 p.m. on February 13, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
