HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 31, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent is reviewing the proposed compliance plan, and
complainant continues to work on a penalty demand.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on November 3, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
