HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 17, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant still plans to file an amended complaint, but is waiting for
additional information from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on September 17, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
