HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 18, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. This appeal is related to a pending enforcement matter in circuit court. The
parties are trying to schedule a meeting with the Office of the Attorney General to determine the
status of that case.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on October 29, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
