HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 4, 2008, respondent participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner did not appear. Respondent reports that the parties have met, and that
respondent is looking into settlement possiblities.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on December 1, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
