HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 16, 2008, respondent participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner did not appear. For the past year, petitioner has reported that it was
trying schedule a meeting with the Office of the Attorney General to determine the status of the
pending enforcement matter in circuit court. It does not appear that any progress has been made,
nor is it clear to respondent how closely these cases are related. Petitioner is directed to file a
status report before the next telephone conference to justify the continuing lack of movement on
this appeal.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:30 p.m. on July 14, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
