HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 29, 2007, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are planning to meet in May to discuss the possibility of settlement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on June 19, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
