HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 9, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties will proceed to hearing in May, 2007 if an agreement cannot be
reached on the permit conditions at issue in this case.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on February 15, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
