HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 11, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Due to recent health problems for petitioner’s attorney, the hearing set for
September 19, 2006, has been postponed until November 8-9, 2006.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on October 5, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline in this case is November 16, 2006. Petitioner’s attorney agreed to
file a deadline waiver to March 30, 2007, within the next seven days.
