ORDER OF THE BOARD (by M. McFawn):

This matter is before the Board on an April 20, 1995 motion

for extension of time to file the Agency recommendation filed by

the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency). The

Agency seeks an extension until June 30, 1995. The Agency was

previously granted two prior extensions in this matter.

Petitioner Safety-Kleen Corp. has filed an open waiver of the

decision deadline in this matter.

In support of its motion, the Agency states that the

extension is requested in order to allow further negotiations

between the Agency and petitioner. Furthermore, the Agency

states that petitioner’s attorney does not object to the

requested extension.

The Agency’s request for extension of time is hereby

granted. The Agency’s recommendation in this matter is now due

on June 30, 1995.
