    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R.C. Flemal):
    On March 6, 1995 GTE North, Inc. (GTE) filed a Motion for
    Leave to File its Motion to Strike Instanter. Pursuant to Board
    Procedural Rule Section 103.140(a), all motions by respondent to
    strike the complaint shall be filed within 14 days after receipt
    of complaint. (35 Ill. Adm. Code 103.140(a).) The instant
    complaint was filed on February 7, 1995. Therefore respondent’s
    motion to strike was due on or before February 21, 1995.
    Respondent’s motion to file instanter is accordingly denied.
