    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by 3. Theodore Meyer):
    On November 22, 1994, Western Lion Limited filed a petition
    for permit review regarding its landfill site, located in Coles
    County.
    The petition fails to provide the Board with sufficient,
    properly marked copies of exhibit B. (35 Ill. Adm. Code
    101.103(a).) If an amended petition curing this deficiency is
    not filed within 45 days of the date of this order, this petition
    will be subject to dismissal. The filing of an amended petition
    will restart the Board’s decision timeclock.
