    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R. C. Flemal):
    On December 16, 1994 respondent Illinois
    Environmental
    Protection Agency filed a Notion to File the Agency’s Attorney
    Statement and Supplemental Testimony of William D. McMillan
    pursuant to 35 Ill. Adin. Code 102 Subpart J. The supplemental
    testimony is in reply to petitioner’s testimony filed with the
    Board on October 27, 1994.
    The Board grants the motion and accepts the Agency’s
    attorney statement and supplemental testimony of William D.
    McMillan.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
