HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 11, 2007, telephonic status conference was held with the hearing
officer. The parties represented that they remain optimistic that this matter will be
resolved. Respondent represented that it will review a revised host agreement that was
forwarded by the petitioner. The petitioners represented that they will file a 100-day
waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer on January 10, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. The status must be initiated by the
petitioners, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily
dismiss is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled
without further order.
