HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 19, 2008, a telephonic status conference was held. The Respondent
represented that discussions continue and progress has been achieved regarding a
modified host agreement. The petitioners represented that they will file an additional
waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer on September 11, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. The status must be initiated by the
petitioners, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily
dismiss is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled
without further order.
