ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Theodore Meyer):

This matter is before the Board on respondent the Village of

Hampshire’s July 19, 1994 motion to extend time to file its

record. The Village notes that its record was due on or before

July 14, 1994, but contends that due to the press of other

business, it was unable to complete preparation of the record.

The Village maintains that the delay is not meant to delay the

matter, and will not prejudice either the petitioner or the

timely decision of this appeal. Thus, the Village asks that the

Board grant it until July 22, 1994 to file the record.

The motion for extension of time to file the record is

granted. The record is due on or before July 22, 1994.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
