ORDER OF THE BOARD (by 3. Theodore Meyer):

This matter is before the Board on a June 3, 1994 motion for

leave to supplement the record, filed by respondent the Office of

State Fire Marshal (OSFM). OSFM notes that it filed its record

on appeal with the Board on Nay 25, 1994, and states that upon

reviewing that record, it became aware that the second page of

the eligibility and deductibility application (pages 33—36 of the

record) was inadvertently omitted from the record. OSFM now

seeks to supplement the record with the missing page, attached to

the motion.

The Board grants the motion to supplement the record. The

missing page, numbered as page 33A, should appear after page 33

of the record.
