    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R.C. Fleinal):
    This matter comes before the Board on a May 11, 1994 motion
    by the County Board of Wayne County (Wayne County) for extension
    of time to file the record in this proceeding. Wayne County
    states that the record appears to be in excess of 8,000 pages and
    that Wayne County is unable to acquire the services of a
    professional print shop to help assemble and duplicate the record
    for the Board. Wayne County notes that the decision deadline has
    been extended by the filing of an amended petition by petitioner
    on May 5, 1994. Wayne County requests that it be allowed until
    May 24, 1994 to file the record.
    The Board grants the extension. Wayne County shall file the
    record no later than May 24, 1994.
