    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R.C. Flemal):
    On April 21, 1994 the Board noted in its set-for—hearing
    order that the petition filed in this appeal was deficient in
    that it failed to include a copy of the County Board’s decision.
    The Board then stated that if an amended petition curing this
    defect was not filed within 14 days, the matter would be subject
    to dismissal. The Board noted that the filing of an amended
    petition would restart the Board’s decision timeclock.
    On May 3, 1994 the petitioner filed the a partial copy of
    the County Board’s decision and on May 5, 1994 filed an
    apparently complete copy of the County Board’s decision. These
    actions thereby amend the petition and restart the decision
    tinieclock. Absent any future waivers of the decision deadline,
    the decision deadline is now September 2, 1994 (120 days from May
    5, 1994); the immediately-preceding regularly-scheduled Board
    meeting is September 1, 1994. These dates supersede the dates
    calculated at page 3 of the April 21, 1994 order.
