ORDER OF THE BOARD (by E. Dunham):

This matter comes

before the Board on a “Motion for

Extension of Stay” filed on December 13, 1994, by the

complainant.

On July 21, 1994, the Board granted a stay of

action on all pending motions in this

matter until October 19,

1994. On October 20, 1994, the Board granted an extension of the

stay until December 19,

1994. The parties report that they are

in the process of finalizing a settlement agreement and are

requesting an additional stay of 60 days.

This matter is stayed for an additional 60 days. The stay

will expire on February 17, 1995. The parties are ordered to

file status reports (or a joint status report) with the Board on

or before February 21, 1995.
