    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by M. McFawn):
    This matter is before the Board on a stipulation of
    settlement, jointly filed on March 18, 1994 by petitioner,
    Madison Group 90 and respondent, the Office of the Illinois State
    Fire Marshall (“OSFM”). The joint stipulation of settlement,
    signed by all the parties, provides that the parties stipulate
    and agree to the following:
    1. The Petitioner agrees to withdraw and dismiss the
    above—captioned appeal without costs.
    2. Respondent agrees to issue a new Response to the
    two Reimbursement Eligibility and Deductibility
    Applications received by Respondent on December 7,
    1993 from Petitioner confirming the closure of the
    two underground storage tanks referenced in said
    Applications are subject to one $10,000 deductible
    in lieu of separate deductibles as stated in
    Response to Reimbursement Eligibility and
    Deductibility Application from OSFM to Madison
    Group 90 dated December 21, 1993 and January 10,
    1994.
    While
    the Board makes no findings of fact or conclusions of
    law, based on the parties assurances and affirmations, we dismiss
    this matter and hereby direct the parties to effectuate their
    agreement. The docket in this matter is hereby closed.
