    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C. A. Manning):
    On September 22, 1994, Violet Miska, as authorized
    representative of Holiday Bakers (Bakers), filed a “Motion to
    Voluntarily Dismiss” the petition for review in this matter. The
    Board construes the motion to voluntarily dismiss to be a motion
    to withdraw the petition for review. The Board grants the motion
    to withdraw the petition and hereby closes the docket in this
    matter.
