    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C. A. Manning):
    On May 16, 1994, Waste Management of Illinois, Inc. (WMII),
    filed a petition for review of the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency’s (Agency) review of WMII’s permit regarding
    its facility located in Taylorville, Christian County, Illinois.
    This matter was accepted for hearing at our May 19, 1994 meeting.
    The Agency filed its Record in this matter on June 10, 1994. The
    Agency also filed a motion to file the Record instanter. The
    Agency’s motion is granted.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
