ORDER OF THE BOARD (by M. NcFawn):
Pursuant to the Board’s order of January 20, 1994,
petitioners in each of these consolidated cases filed amended
petitions. Petitioners in PCB 94-22 filed their amended petition
on January 31, 1993, and petitioners in PCB 94—19 and PCB 94-21
each filed theirs on February 1, 1994. The filing of the amended
petitions restarts the Board’s decision timeclock, with the
actual decision date now calculated as May 31, 1994, based on trie
filing date in PCB 94—22.

Accordingly, unless the decision date is waived by West
Suburban Recycling & Energy Center, Inc., the Board would
anticipate reaching a decision at its regularly scheduled meeting
of May 19, 1994. Hearing shall proceed as scheduled pursuant te
the Board’s order of January 20 and orders of the hearing
officer.
