    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by M. NcFawn):
    This matter is before the Board upon complainant Decatur
    Auto Auction, Inc.’s motion for substitution of counsel.
    Pursuant to Section 101.108, any attorney who substitutes for an
    attorney of record must file a written appearance pursuant to
    Section 101.107, which identifies the attorney for whom the
    substitution is made. Counsel seeking to substitute for prior
    counsel filed such an appearance, and petitioner’s motion
    identifies counsel seeking to withdraw.
    The motion for substitution of counsel is hereby granted.
